5 Meals Diet !

i was looking for the best diet that don’t keep me hungry so The best Diet plan is the 5 meals diet.

breakfast – lunch – diner and 2 snacks

for your info:

*Add the Snack meals between your major meals will keep your stomach full and never have the feel of hunger.

*what will take the hunger away from you is drinking water, tea or coffee without sugar, fluids are a great source to keep you full.

you need to avoid the following:

  • – No fried food.
  • – No bread, rice, pasta or potato after 5 pm.
  • – No sugar added food, any natural sweetened fruits are fine.

what you need to do ?

  • once you start to feel full when you are eating you have to stop eating the rest of the meal.
  • you can eat every thing  grilled baked and boiled food ..
  • eat every 3 hours
  • drink a lot of water
  • for your  snack one type of fruit or vegetable (avoid fruit salad) or light sandwich such as Tuna or Turkey salad add to it tuna, turkey or (boiled – grilled) chicken or meat.
  • just 30 minutes a day is more than enough ( for that i have a plane in the next post )
