5 Meals Diet !
i was looking for the best diet that don’t keep me hungry so The best Diet plan is the 5 meals diet.
breakfast – lunch – diner and 2 snacks
for your info:
*Add the Snack meals between your major meals will keep your stomach full and never have the feel of hunger.
*what will take the hunger away from you is drinking water, tea or coffee without sugar, fluids are a great source to keep you full.
you need to avoid the following:
- – No fried food.
- – No bread, rice, pasta or potato after 5 pm.
- – No sugar added food, any natural sweetened fruits are fine.
what you need to do ?
- once you start to feel full when you are eating you have to stop eating the rest of the meal.
- you can eat every thing grilled baked and boiled food ..
- eat every 3 hours
- drink a lot of water
- for your snack one type of fruit or vegetable (avoid fruit salad) or light sandwich such as Tuna or Turkey salad add to it tuna, turkey or (boiled – grilled) chicken or meat.
- just 30 minutes a day is more than enough ( for that i have a plane in the next post )
